The Problem
The blog existed on a stock WordPress theme with no brand, no structure, and no traffic strategy. Articles loaded slowly on mobile, there was no internal linking system, and search engines had no clear picture of what the site was about.
The Solution
Built a fully custom standalone WordPress theme from scratch — no page builders. Re-architected the information architecture, added structured data (Article, Breadcrumb, FAQ), self-hosted fonts, Cloudflare CDN with full-page caching, and R2 media storage. Every page targets 100 on PageSpeed Insights mobile.
