Freelance services
Enquiries submitted through this site do not constitute a contract. A contract exists only when a written proposal has been accepted and a deposit has been received.
Payment
Projects require a deposit before work begins. The exact amount and schedule are specified in the project proposal. Work does not commence until the deposit clears.
Revisions and scope
Each project proposal defines the scope of work and the number of revision rounds included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the completed deliverables. Gwill Chijioke retains the right to display the work in a portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
Gwill Chijioke is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use any deliverable. The total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
